Once you create an account, you can upgrade from your dashboard. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Your upgrade is instant and you can start enjoying premium features immediately.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely! There are no contracts or commitments. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. You'll continue to have access to premium features until the end of your billing period.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes! You can change your membership tier at any time. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you'll be credited for the unused portion of your current plan. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens to my messages if I downgrade?
Mailbox and Live Chat have separate histories. Each sent Mailbox message or reply counts toward its daily allowance. A chat invitation counts when sent, and the recipient must accept before chat messages can begin. Accepting invitations is free on every plan. Daily allowances reset at midnight UTC; spam protection applies even to unlimited plans. Your existing conversations and message history remain intact. However, your daily Mailbox limit and new-chat invitation allowance will adjust to your new tier. For example, if you downgrade from Gold to Silver, you'll be limited to 25 Mailbox messages and 10 new chat invitations per day going forward. Accepted chats remain available without a daily chat-message quota.
Do you offer any discounts?
Annual subscriptions cost $95.90 for Silver or $191.90 for Gold, paid upfront for a full year — about 20% less than 12 monthly payments. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel renewal in your membership settings; access continues through the paid period.
