Terms of Service

• You must be at least 18 years old to use CougarFlame
• You must provide accurate information during registration
• You must not be a registered sex offender
• You must not be prohibited from using the service under U.S. law or the laws of your jurisdiction
• One person may only maintain one account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

You agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself
• Maintain and promptly update your information to keep it accurate
• Not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Not use the account of another user without permission
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be solely responsible for all activity on your account

You may NOT:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Post content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, or offensive
• Solicit money or request financial information from other users
• Operate or promote any commercial enterprise (prostitution, escort services, etc.)
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any destructive code
• Collect or harvest information about other users without consent
• Post content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Create multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions
• Share or distribute other users' private information without consent

Your Content:

• You retain ownership of content you post (photos, messages, profile information)
• By posting content, you grant CougarFlame a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the service
• You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you post
• You are responsible for backing up your content - we are not liable for any loss

Our Content:

• CougarFlame and its features, design, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our service

• Your use of CougarFlame is governed by our Privacy Policy
• You consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy
• We do not conduct background checks or verify user identities

• YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS
• CougarFlame does not conduct criminal background checks or verify member identities
• CougarFlame is not responsible for the conduct of any user
• Always follow our Safety Guidelines
• Report any suspicious, abusive, or illegal behavior immediately
• Meet in public places and tell someone where you're going

• Some features require payment (premium memberships, profile verification, etc.)
• All fees are in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable except as required by law
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Price changes will be communicated with 30 days notice
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time

We may terminate or suspend your account:

• For violation of these Terms of Service
• For fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• At our sole discretion, with or without notice
• If we cease operating the service

You may terminate your account:

• At any time through your account settings
• Upon termination, your profile will be removed from public view
• Some data may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy
• Paid subscriptions are non-refundable upon voluntary termination

SERVICE PROVIDED "AS IS":

• CougarFlame is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis
• We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the service
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation
• We do not warrant that the service will meet your expectations

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

• TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COUGARFLAME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Personal injury or property damage from use of the service
• Conduct of other users, whether online or offline
• Unauthorized access to your account or data
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CougarFlame and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
• Content you post on the service

Governing Law:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [YOUR STATE], without regard to conflict of law principles.

Arbitration Agreement:

• Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of CougarFlame shall be resolved through binding arbitration
• You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits
• You waive your right to a jury trial
• Arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator under the rules of the American Arbitration Association
• Small claims court is permitted for disputes under the jurisdictional limit

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time
• Material changes will be notified via email or prominent site notice
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms
• If you don't agree to changes, you must stop using the service

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CougarFlame
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect
• No Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not waive that right
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them without notice
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control
