What you can do with a Free account
Build your profile, add photos and browse older women and younger adult men. Search using basic age, gender and location controls, including a chosen town and distance. A Free account also includes 10 sent Mailbox messages per day and 3 new live-chat invitations per day. You can accept incoming chat invitations on any plan.
Free messages, with clear allowances
A new Mailbox message and a reply each count toward the daily Mailbox allowance. A chat invitation counts when you send it; conversation starts after the recipient accepts. Accepted chats have no daily chat-message quota, but anti-spam limits still apply. Daily allowances reset at midnight UTC. Mailbox and chat keep separate conversation histories, so you can choose the format that fits your day.
Choose an upgrade only when the extras suit you
Silver and Gold expand allowances and offer additional features. Advanced profile filters and viewing incoming likes require a paid tier; basic browsing does not. Compare the current plans before deciding whether to upgrade. Joining free does not enroll you in a paid membership. You can start with the included tools and decide how you want to use CougarFlame.
Your first steps
Register with your email, verify it and complete your profile. Use a public username and describe a few interests plus the connection you would welcome. Then explore profiles and send a specific introduction. Everyone must be at least 18. You decide whom to contact, whether to accept a chat invitation and when to move from talking to a public meeting.

Is free cougar dating the same as unlimited messaging?
No. The Free plan includes daily Mailbox and new-chat invitation allowances. Accepted chat conversations do not have a daily message quota. Spam controls apply on every plan.
Do I need a card to register?
No payment card is required for email registration. A paid membership is a separate choice.
